WASHINGTON—President Trump has named an official “Blame Recipient” for the Long Island Railroad strike.

“Greg Miller is a fall guy,” Trump said. “He takes the heat.”

Miller accepted the role, stating he “fully accepts responsibility for the trains.”

The MTA is directing complaints to Miller’s voicemail, which he said is “accepting grievances.”
