BRUSSELS — The European Commission released €16.4 billion to Hungary after Budapest renamed its corruption oversight body the "Office of Transparent Accounting." Officials stated the rebranding satisfied all rule-of-law criteria. Ukrainian aid remains pending due to a missing comma on Form 74-B. "The letterhead is much improved," said Commission Vice-President Thomas Berner.
